 Fundamental Class Gi & No-Gi: 

Are you ready to learn the fundamentals of Gi Jiu-Jitsu or No-Gi Submission Grappling? Our Fundamental Class is the perfect place to start, no matter which style you prefer. In Gi Jiu-Jitsu, practitioners wear a traditional uniform called a Gi, while in No-Gi Submission Grappling, practitioners wear shorts and a rash guard or t-shirt. Whether you’re a white belt or a seasoned black belt, we’ve got you covered. We’ll guide you through the essential techniques and concepts, with plenty of controlled sparring to help you develop your skills. This class is perfect for beginners, so don’t be shy – come on in and give it a try!

GI & No-Gi Tech/Spar:  

In our GI & No-Gi Tech/Spar class, we’ll cover a wide range of techniques from basic to intermediate level. This class is not for day one beginners but rather for those who have already gained some familiarity with the fundamentals of Gi Jiu-Jitsu or No-Gi Submission Grappling. We’ll start with a lesson on the day’s technique, followed by positional sparring and then open sparring rounds. This class is a great way to hone your skills and test yourself against other practitioners. Get ready to roll and have some fun!

Comp/Tank: 

Are you ready to dominate the competition scene? This is the class for you! Just make sure to arrive on time or early with a water bottle in hand and plenty of energy. This advanced training class is not for the faint of heart – only dedicated competitors need apply. If you’re ready to take your jiu-jitsu to new heights, we’ll see you on the mats!

Wrestling for Jiu-Jitsu:

Are you ready to improve your standup game and elevate your jiu-jitsu skills? Our Wrestling for Jiu-Jitsu class is the perfect way to do just that. In this class, you’ll learn essential wrestling techniques and strategies to help you dominate on the mat. Whether a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class has something for everyone. Join us and become a more well-rounded fighter. See you on the mats!

Open Mat Saturday: 

We have weekly Open Mat sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. Open Mat is a great way to meet new friends, train with practitioners from other schools, and have a good time while improving your jiu-jitsu skills. It is not for those who have never trained before, some grappling experience is required.
