About
Kyle Briggs brings elite-level wrestling credentials to the mat. A 4-time NCAA Division III All-American and National Champion at Wartburg College, Kyle compiled a career record of 101-8 with 42 pins, earning Conference MVP honors and CoSIDA Academic All-American recognition along the way.
Kyle's wrestling resume speaks for itself: a national title at 174 lbs, three additional All-American seasons, and back-to-back Lower Midwest Regional Championships. His 92.7% career win rate came against some of the best Division III competition in the country.
Now training and competing in Jiu-Jitsu as a blue belt, Kyle won 4 IBJJF gold medals at the Charlotte Fall International Open, taking double gold in both Gi and No-Gi (weight division and absolute in each). His Wrestling For Jiu-Jitsu class bridges the gap between the two disciplines, teaching takedowns, mat control, and top pressure specifically tailored for Jiu-Jitsu competition and training.
Off the Mat
Off the mat, Kyle maintains that dodgeball is the true king of combat sports. If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a takedown.
