What to bring on your first day.
Wear a t-shirt and shorts or leggings with nothing that has zippers or pockets. Bring water and flip flops or slides for when you step off the mat. No gi or special gear is required for your first class. If you have a mouthguard, bring it. Trying Gi Fundamentals, we will loan you a gi, you do not have to buy one first.
Pick a class and come train.
Start with the schedule for current class times, or read the first class guide if this is your first time on a mat. Questions before you visit? Email info@cltbjj.com.
